Private trips are perfect for groups of 8 or more and are preferred by individuals that don’t want to be in combined groups that are open to the public. That is why we work with your group to come up with a trip that suits all of your needs. Each trip can serve as a private family trip, corporate retreat, bachelorette party, adventure wedding, family reunion, or more.
We make it easy to plan private trips by offering to meet via phone or virtual video. By doing so, we offer to go over trip options and add-ons. Best of all, we make it easy for group leaders to organize your river crew by sending out custom packet materials with thorough directions, following up with people, collecting payments, and organizing the small details such as lodging, and transportation. We except all group sizes! However, all of our trips are priced according to an 8-person minimum. Furthermore, we suggest keeping groups at less than 15 but can accommodate up to 30.
Pricing
Pricing is based on per person. In other words, all of our trips have a base price of 8 trip participants. Every trip is customizable and prices vary depending on number of participants, trip length, trip add-ons, and customizable options.
3 Day Trip – $900 per person
4 Day Trip – $1050 – $1100 per person
5 Day Trip – $1325 per person
6 Day Trip – $1550 per person
7 Day Trip – $1750 per person
8 Day Trip – $1825 per person
10 Day Trip – $2000 per person
Group Savings
Group organizers get discounted rates of 10% off. All other discounts apply and each participant can receive up to 10% off.

Cancellation Policy
if your group needs to cancel, MRO’s cancellation fee will be determined according to the policy outlined in our Policies & Procedures.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many people can Missouri River Outfitters accommodate?
We have had up to 30 people on a guided tour before. It all depends on how many guides we have available for the dates that you choose and what other groups we have out at that time.
Can we do a guided tour with just 4 people?
You can do a private guided trip with how ever many people you have. However, we do have a trip minimum of 8 people. That means that you would pay the price of 8 people. We have a guide to guest ration of 1 to 4 and for safety we have to have at least 2 guides on all trips guided trips.
What customization options are available?
We are happy to help you plan your private trip by offering customizations. Some customizations that are available are horse rides, extra days on the river, cabin stays at Virgelle, a full bar option, etc. Just let us know what you are wanting and we will try to do our best.
